    Using the field CONNECT_GUID, the system searched for an entry in the
    Customizing table CRMC_EXT_SERVER.
    This Customizing table describes the technical connection between CRM
    and the external system. No entry was however found, probably because
    an entry has been deleted.

    How to fix this error?

    The system logs changes to the content of this table (provided the log
    function has been activated by the system administrator).
    Use the <DS:TRAN.SCU3>log evaluation</> function to check who deleted
    the entry.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
