Inform your System Administration. They can analyze the existing queues
using the qRFC Monitor (transaction <ZK>smq1</>).
If you use the standard implementation for the external Scheduling
Engine, (using BAdI CRM_SRV_SDL), the relevant queues are those
starting with the name <ZK>CRM_BT_LRP </>.
