    Maintain the RFC destination in the SAP Customizing.

    SAP Customizing Implementation Guide(transaction spro) -> Customer
    Relationship Management -> Marketing -> Loyalty Management in BBPCRM ->
    Basic Settings -> Select 'Define Basic Settings'
    For the key 'LOYALTY_SYSTEM', maintain the appropriate RFC connection
    name which points to the Loyalty system. The list of RFC connections can
    be found in transaction sm59.
