Message type: E = Error
Message class: CRM_LEAD_H - CRM: Messages for the Lead Header
Message number: 412
Message text: Automatic lead qualification level &1 does not exist
The system determined the value &V1& as the automatic
<DS:GLOS.95D928B8BD0BD511BCBC0800060D9C68>lead qualification level</>.
However this value is not defined in Customizing.
In Customizing for Lead Management, you define the lead qualification
levels that you wish to assign manually to a lead. You do this in the
activity <DS:SIMG.CRM_LEAD_QUALIFYI>Define Lead Qualification Levels
</>. To enable automatic qualification, you can then assign these
levels to questionnaires in the activity
<DS:SIMG.CRM_LEAD_QUAL_TEMPI>Assign Qualification Levels to
Questionnaires</>. In this case, the levels assigned to the
questionnaire may since have been deleted or changed in the first
activity, meaning that the system has returned a lead qualification
level which no longer exists.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Check and maintain the appropriate value for the qualification level
and where necessary assign a different qualification level to the
questionnaire.
