    A utility item has been created in regulated environment. The point of
    delivery associated with this item is due to be deactivated so the
    status I2413 (UMWO - Wait for End of Supply) is set.
    The status I2413 is not removed due to an error if the start of supply
    is confirmed before the end of supply. Status I2401 (UAPL - Activation
    Scheduled) or I2402 (UACA - In Activation) is not set. There is no
    standard process which removes the status I2413.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    The issue can be fixed by removing the status I2413. It can be done by
    the UCC check class CL_CRM_ISU_CM_CHECK_I2413 or by the program
    ECRM_ISU_CHECK_I2413.
