Message type: E = Error
Message class: CRM_EMAIL - Messages for Internet Marketing: E-mail
Message number: 127
Message text: Error generating the PRC; Campaign execution will be terminated
An error occurred during the generation of the personalized response
code (PRC). This PRC was inserted in the mail form to be used and is
generated for each business partner during the execution.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Check the available numbers of the number range object MKT_ICRH
(transaction SNRO).
- The number range interval may need to be extended.
- The number range interval may not be maintained in the current client.
Check whether an active implementation of Business Add In
CRM_MKT_PRC_CONVERT exists. Check the code in method
CONVERT_NUMBER_TO_BASE31. Make sure that the return parameter
EV_ICRH_PRC (corresponds to the PRC in personalized mails) for this
method is not blank. If the PRC is blank, a message is issued and the
execution is terminated.
Afterwards, restart the execution.

SAP messages fall into 3 different categories: Error messages (message type = E), Warnings (W) or Informational (I) messages.
An error message will prevent you from continuing your work - it is a hard stop and you need to fix the error before you can proceed. A warning message will stop your work, however, you can then bypass the warning by pressing the Enter key on your keyboard. That said, it is still good practice to investigate the cause of the warning message and address it. An information message will not stop your work and is truly just for informational purposes.
