What causes this issue?

During an initial download or delta download of the object CUSTOMER_REL
the ERP partner roles in the relationship structure are sent from the
ERP system to the CRM system. The partner roles are used in CRM inbound
to determine the corresponding partner functions in accordance with the
Customizing.
In this case, a relationship structure with ERP partner roles was sent
from the ERP system, but no partner functions could be determined based
on the mapping. The relationship structure is therefore deleted.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Procedure for System Administrators

Check if mapping is maintained for all ERP partner roles that are to be
exchanged with the CRM system.
The maintenance view <ZH>CRMV_PARTNER_MP2</> for mapping the ERP partner
roles and CRM partner functions can be maintained using the transaction
SM30.

You have to repeat the initial download again each time the mapping is
changed between ERP partner roles and CRM partner functions.
