    An update for the main category cannot be performed because the main
    category is not configured in Customizing for the agent inbox (inbox).

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Check the settings in Customizing for <LS>Customer Management</> under
    <LS>Interaction Center WebClient</> -> <LS>Agent Inbox</> -> <LS>Inbox
    Search Definitions</> -> <LS>Define Item Types for Searches</>.
    If you no longer use the main category in the inbox, choose <LS>Remove
    </> to remove the corresponding entries in the relevant inbox search
    table.
