  • What causes this issue?

    The system has found that there are items that are relevant for
    availability check and for which follow-up actions still have to be
    carried out. These follow-up actions vary from release to release.
    Therefore the system queries the release. In table CVERS_TXT, the STEXT
    field should contain an entry for the release with the identification
    BBPCRMX.YY. However, the system did not find such an entry.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    During installation, the STEXT field is filled with the component name.
    The field should have the correct content. Please contact your system
    administrator.

    Check whether there is an entry for component BBPCRM:
    Choose <LS>System -> Status.</>
    Choose <LS>Component information</> (on the righthand side below the
    <LS>Component version</> field)
    If there is no entry, there is probably an installation problem.
