    A document was loaded several times. It is probably displayed in
    several frames of a frame set at the same time. To ensure that the
    document ID is unique, the system uses ID &V2& for the second instance.
    This instance remains inactive.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
