What causes this issue?

With your choice of split operation, operations would be transferred to
the child order that are capacity split. However, this is not allowed.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

You have the following options, so you can still split the order:
Select a split operation that is not capacity split or has no operation
following that is capacity split.
Delete the capacity splits for the split operation or the operations
following and execute the order split again.
