Message text: Category for product hierarchy & does not exist
If the product hierarchy (sales) is used in the SAP system the product
hierarchy must exist as a
<DS:GLOS.AB74A6C39575D311AE680060B03C9BBE>hierarchy</> in CRM before you
import materials. When the Customizing object <LS>DNL_CUST_PROD1</> is
imported, the product hierarchy is imported automatically and created as
the hierarchy <LS>R3PRODHIER</>.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Check whether the product hierarchy has been imported successfully and
whether the categories of the hierarchy exist.
<DS:TRAN.COMM_HIERARCHY>Proceed</>
If necessary, import the Customizing object <LS>DNL_CUST_PROD1</> after
making sure that the structure for the product hierarchy is configured
in the same way as in the SAP system.
