    If material groups are used in the SAP system, they must exist as
    <DS:GLOS.994E2B515E5BD311B60F0060B03C2BFF>categories</> in CRM/EBP
    before you import materials. When Customizing object <LS>DNL_CUST_PROD1
    </> is imported, the material groups are imported automatically and
    created in the <DS:GLOS.AB74A6C39575D311AE680060B03C9BBE>category
    hierarchy</> <LS>R3MATCLASS</> (material group).

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Check whether the material groups have been imported successfully and
    exist as categories.
