    After you have successfully created a data cleansing case, the
    determination of the objects that reference the target objects is
    started as a background job. Hereby it is specified which objects of
    the various applications use the stated target object, e.g. which
    requests are available for a stated business partner.
    In the case in question, an error occurred during the scheduling of the
    background job.

    System Response

    The data cleansing case was created successfully (tables
    COMM_CLEAR_STACK, COMM_CLEAR_TARG).
    The dependent objects are not determined in the background (table
    COMM_CLEAR_DEP).

    How to fix this error?

    The determination of the referencing objects for this case now takes
    place in the context of data cleansing, when the transaction CLEAR is
    started and the case is selected.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
