  • What causes this issue?

    The order &V1& has been distributed to a manufacturing execution system
    (MES). Because the serial number &V2& is already known to the MES, you
    may no longer be able to delete it in the ERP system.

    System Response

    Depending on the system settings, the system will either not allow the
    serial number &V2& to be deleted or will issue a warning.

    How to fix this error?

    If the MES supports the subsequent deletion of serial numbers, you
    receive only a warning and are able to delete the serial number.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
