nodes of historical <DS:GLOS.463635950E355841B1F5F8904C71718F>XStep
trees</> of the reference operation set are not physically deleted from
the database tables upon deletion in the XS editor. All that happens is
that a deletion flag is set for them in the corresponding database
tables.
The assigned XStep trees can only be physically deleted or archived when
the related reference operation set is deleted or archived.
