  • What causes this issue?

The data record for the SXS reference node '<ZH>&V1&</>' (object ID
[OID]: <ZH>&V2&</>) does not contain any data on the root node (root ID)
or the application context of the XStep tree to which the SXS reference
    node belongs.
An attempt to complete the data failed.
The reason for this may be that the XStep tree or the SXS version to
which this SXS reference node belongs is being processed by another user
and is thus locked against further write accesses.
Another possible cause of the problem is database inconsistencies. In
the past, these inconsistencies arose as a result of the deletion status
not being completely forwarded to the child element belonging to the
relevant XStep tree when XStep trees were deleted. In consequence, not
all elements of the XStep tree were deleted.

    System Response

If this SXS reference belongs to the number of hits of a where-used list
for a standard XStep (SXS), the search procedure available hitherto is
used. In the evaluation of very large datasets, this may lead to runtime
errors when the SXS where-used list function is performed. The SXS
where-used list function cannot then be performed successfully.
If a where-used list is generated for a standard XStep (SXS) all
associated SXS references of which have complete data, the system a
utomatically uses a different, runtime-optimized search procedure. The
search results can be determined and displayed more quickly than
    previously.
If SXS references previously existing in the system are changed or new
ones created, these SXS references are automatically supplemented with
    the previously missing data.
