    How to fix this error?

    If you are sure that you want to create or change data for rights &V1&,
    select the <LS>Unblock</> checkbox in the <ZK>Block/Unblock CMS Entity
    </> report. From the <ZK>SAP Easy Access</> menu, choose <LS>Collateral
    Management -> Archving -> Block/Unblock CMS Entity</>.
