  • What causes this issue?

    You have selected a risk that is not assigned to this risk assessment.
    However, the risk was assigned to a prior risk assessment that had the
    same location, job, and operational status. When the risks in the
    previous risk assessment were followed up, the selected risk was not
    included in the follow-up process. Therefore, no follow-up revision of
    the selected risk has been created.

    The system prevents you from editing the selected risk.

    How to fix this error?

    If you want to edit the selected risk, you have to create a follow-up
    revision. You can do so by selecting the <LS>Follow Up on Selected Risk
    </>option in the <LS>More </>menu.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
