activity <DS:SIMG.EHS_ESC_PHRAS_UOM>Assign Phrases to Units of
Measurement </>, the system tries to convert the unit of mesurement with
a value into a different unit of measurement of the same dimension,
which is available in the Customizing activity.
In this case, this was not possible as the dimension does not exist.
