What causes this issue?

The system could not determine the substance name in specification &V1&
as no values exist or the <DS:DE.ESEESC_ESEIDLID> identificaiton listing
for the substance name</> does not exist.
The specifiaction of the substance name in a specification in the
ESComXML file is mandatory.

How to fix this error?

You must have maintained the identifiers in the report language, or as
language-independent in specification &V1& in order for the substance
name to be transferred into the ESComXML file.
Check if the corresponding identifiers have been maintained for the
substance name in the specification.
Generate the report again. If the substance name is still not available,
contact your system administrator.

Customizing activity <DS:SIMG.EHS_ESC_SETTINGS_GEN>Specify Settings for
Generating ESComXML Files</>.
Make sure the identification listing exists in Customizing activity

identifcation types and categories are correctly assigned.
