Session Timeout: A previous session may not have been properly closed, leaving the report in a locked state. System Error: Occasionally, system errors or crashes can leave resources in a locked state.
Solution: Wait and Retry: If the report is locked by another user, the simplest solution is to wait for a few moments and then try accessing the report again. Check Lock Entries: You can check the lock entries in the SAP system using transaction code SM12. This will show you which user has locked the report. Go to transaction SM12.
