to class using the change number that is to be changed. This change
changes the position of the characteristic assignment. Therefore,
changes that take place immediately before or after this change cannot
be skipped. These changes restrict the permitted range for the new date.
The new date is outside this range.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
The system creates a message log which lists change objects that do not
allow the date to be shifted.
