How to fix this error?

Correct the subproject assignment in the WBS element overview -
Subprojects.
Please note: All WBS elements within one project definition which have
the same subproject must be tightly connected to each other in the
hierarchy. You may only have one WBS element for a project definition
per subproject where the superior WBS element does not belong to the
subproject.
