settlement rule for that WBS element.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

You can correct your entry by entering a WBS element that is defined as

system administrator or other authorized person (for example, the
project manager) must first identify the element as a
billing or account assignment element.
