  • What causes this issue?

    You can only create a record with a starting date between the start and
    end dates of the crediting period. For example, if your crediting period
    starts on January 05, 2012 and ends on January 05, 2016, the creation
    date of the record must fall between these dates.

    System Response

    The system does not allow you to create the record because the creation
    date of the record is after the end of the crediting period.

    How to fix this error?

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
