Background Job: A background job is processing the BOM, which can include tasks like mass changes or updates. System Lock: The system may have a lock due to a previous transaction that did not complete properly. Transaction Errors: If a transaction was interrupted (e.g., due to a system crash), it might leave the BOM in a locked state.
