Message class: CBRC_REGCHECK - Messages for Substance-Related Regulation Check
Message number: 317
Message text: Scenario &2 is not tracked for the entire time period
The basis for calculating the average for the year &V3& are the
quantities for previous &V4& years. Substance volume tracking was not
executed in full for the specified scenario &V2& of the regulatory list
&V1&. Instead, it begins or ends mid year.
The system still calculates the average value because substance volume
tracking was carried out for at least one scenario of the regulatory
list over the entire period.
Check whether substance volume tracking must be carried out for the
specified regulatory list scenario over the entire period. If necessary,
calculate the average value for the year &V3& again.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
