Check the messages in the application log that describe the cause of the
problem in more detail.
Start the process in debug mode for a detailed analysis. This saves all
files created by the WWI server in the temporary directory of the
front-end computer. Files ending with ".err" contain messages from the
WWI server that describe the cause of the error.
To start the process in debug mode, enter the command wwidebug in the
command field, confirm the information message, and repeat the print or
preview.
