participation number must be stated as the commission-triggering ID.
The data of the participant &V1&/&V2& commission case was inconsistent
in this sense.
Data is adjusted to: <ZH>entitlement category = activity </>and
<ZH>entitlement trigger = participation number.</>
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
