    The template you want to copy contains resource &V1& as the primary
    resource for operation &V3&. However, this resource does not exist in
    plant &V2& of the new recipe.
    Operation &V3& along with its phases are created without a primary
    resource in the new recipe.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    If you want to use a different primary resource in plant &V2&:
    Go to the operation overview of the new recipe and assign the resource
    to operation &V3&.
    If you want to copy the entire template to plant &V2&:
    RESET N2
    Exit the recipe without saving.
    Create resource &V1& in plant &V2&.
