    Only users of type <LS>Dialog</>, <LS>System</> (old names: <LS>BDC
    </>, <LS>Batch</>) or <LS>Service</> can be specified as the
    "authorizations user" for a job step.

    No action taken.

    How to fix this error?

    Enter a user of one of the permissible types. Leave the user field
    (AUTCHKNAM parameter in the JOB_SUBMIT function module) empty, for
    example, to run a job step under your own authorizations.
    You can check on the type classification of a user in the
    <DS:TRAN.SU01>user maintenance system</>. (Special authorizations are
    required.)
