control within the hierarchy.
If you have made only one entry, you reset the system back to the
standard configuration.
If you have maintained entries for several fiscal years and, for
example, delete an entry, the previous entry is valid.
Availability control then behaves according to either the standard
configuration or the entry now valid.

Check which fiscal years are affected by deletion of the entry.
You may delete entries under the following conditions:
You made a number of entries for test purposes before going live.
The deletion of an entry has not affected any fical years, for which
closing operations at the fiscal year change have been carried out.
You must restructure the assigned-values for all fiscal years that have
been budgeted or posted to since the <LS>from fiscal year</>. If you
are working with funds and overall values, you must carry out the
restructuring of the assigned-values for all funds that have a
specified fiscal year.
You may <ZH>not</> delete entries for fiscal years in which the closing
operations for the fiscal year change have already been carried out.
