    <ZH>Check of the lowest <DS:GLOS.budget_object>Budget Object</> with
    Budget</>
If you do not set this indicator, availability control searches up
through the hierarchy to the first budget object, even if this has
    received <ZH>no budget</>.

    <ZH>Availability Control Against Annual Values</>
The system determines the assigned values according to the new settings
for the budget and <ZH>all funds</> where availability control conducts

The assigned values for earlier years remain in place as long as new
entries are only made for subsequent years.
<ZH>Availability Control Against Overall Values (Fiscal year 0000)</>
The system determines the assigned values according to the new settings
for the budget and <ZH>all funds</> where availability control conducts
    checks against overall values.

    How to fix this error?

When saving the change, you must restructure the assigned values for
all fiscal years that have been budgeted or posted to since the
    <LS>from fiscal year</>.
If you are working with funds and overall values, you must restructure
the assigned values for all funds with any fiscal year specified.
Changes in the settings also affect the budget carryforward which forms
part of closing operations for the fiscal year change. Therefore, you
should not set the <LS>Check lowest budget object with budget</>
indicator for fiscal years for which you have already carried out the
    closing operations.
