Message text: Ref. PR &1 item &2 cannot be selected; already used in SAP Sourcing RFQ
The system is set up to send specific requests for quotations (RFQs) to
SAP Sourcing. You want to create an RFQ by referencing a purchase
requisition. The reference item you want to adopt is already used as a
reference in an RFQ that has already been sent to SAP Sourcing. To avoid
double procurement, it is not possible to copy this reference item to
other RFQs.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
As this purchase requisition item is already being sourced by SAP
Sourcing, select another reference item for the RFQ.

- Ref. PR &1 item &2 cannot be selected; already used in SAP Sourcing RFQ ?The SAP error message BBP_ES_ERP_INT006 indicates that a Purchase Requisition (PR) item is already being used in an SAP Sourcing Request for Quotation (RFQ). This typically occurs when there is an attempt to select or process a PR item that has already been referenced in an RFQ, which can lead to conflicts or duplication in procurement processes.
Cause:

- Use Different PR Item: If the item is already in use, consider selecting a different PR item that is not currently associated with any RFQ.
- Release or Close RFQ: If the RFQ is no longer needed, you may consider releasing or closing it, which would free up the PR item for use in other processes.

- Consult Documentation: Review SAP documentation or consult with your SAP support team for specific steps related to your organization's configuration and processes.
