Message text: Restricting releases is only partially or not at all possible
The current porgram determines archiving sessions and archive files
that can selected for a data archiving action. You should restrict the
selection to specific release statuses. The release in which an
archiving session or an archive file was created can only be determined
by an access check on the archive files. This access check is
completely or partially deactivated in Customizing.
The system does not allow you (or only partilally allows you) to
restrict archiving sessions or archive files accordiing to release.
Adjust your settings in cross-archiving object Customizing so that the
access check can be applied to file selection in the file system and to
stored archive files.
Alternatively, you can use the documentation for the current program to
determine the release for your selection criteria. Then, by referring
to the creation date of the archiving sessions, select only archiving
sessions or achiving files that were created in the relevant release.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
