  • What causes this issue?

You tried to reassign the subtree of the investment program that
belongs to position &V1&. As a result, position &V1& would become a
subordinate position to position &V2&. However, this is not possible,
since the roles of the superior position &V2& and the subordinate
position &V1& would conflict in the investment program hierarchy.

    System Response

The function cannot be carried out.
