appropriation request &V1&.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

You can now create the top WBS element for this project from within the
appropriation request. This top WBS element is assigned as the measure
that will be implemented. The system uses the same WBS element ID &V1&
as in the project. When you do this, the system automatically adopts
certain fields and the overall cost planning.
After you save, you can set up the WBS hierarchy in the PS (Project
System) component.
Another option: you can define the WBS structure in the PS component by
hand, and then assign the top WBS element to the appropriation request
as the measure that will be implemented.
