What causes this issue?

You have selected the special procedure <LS>Last value</> for
calculating the volume correction factor and the calorific value. It is
not possible to calculate an average in combination with this
procedure.
This means that you cannot enter data in the <LS>Weighting key</>
field. However, it is possble to create a conversion factor for the
volume correction factor and the calorific value.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
