  • What causes this issue?

    A gas procedure is to be carried out for the register. For this
    procedure, the volume correction factor component is determined by a
    special procedure that uses the register relationship "volume
    correction factor calculation".
    The specified register is linked to the operation code "Register
    contains standard volume" via the register relationship.
    No or not enough meter reading results could be found for the specified
    register and period; these are needed to determine the standard volume.

    How to fix this error?

    Check the meter reading results for the period in question. Enter the
    missing meter reading results, or correct existing unbillable meter
    meter results.
    Billable meter reading results should be available for the specified
    dates.
    If the meter reading results are correct, then an internal error may
    have occurred. In this case, contact SAP.
