No or not enough meter reading results could be found for the specified
register and period; these are needed to determine the standard volume.
Check the meter reading results for the period in question. Enter the
missing meter reading results, or correct existing unbillable meter
meter results.
Billable meter reading results should be available for the specified
dates.
If the meter reading results are correct, then an internal error may
have occurred. In this case, contact SAP.
