  • What causes this issue?

    A gas procedure is to be carried out for the register. For this
    procedure, the volume correction factor component is determined by a
    special procedure that uses the register relationship <LS>volume
    correction factor calculation</>. No or not enough correct meter
    reading results could be found for the specified period and register;
    these are needed to determine the operating volume.

    Proceed as follows:
    Check the meter reading results for the period in question. Enter the
    missing meter reading results, or correct existing unbillable meter
    reading results.
    Billable meter reading results should be available at least for the
    specified dates.
    If the meter reading results are correct, then an internal error may
    have occurred. In this case, contact SAP.
