    What causes this issue?

A filter that has an incorrect filter category has been assigned.
Filters used for the procedure for single records
    Dynamic Selections (Category <ZH>" ")</>
All characteristics in the selected analysis structure can be used to
create a filter. The selection criteria for the individual
    characteristics are AND linked.
    Filter Group (Category CX)
If you have defined a number of filters using dynamic selections, you
can aggregate them in a further filter using this filter category. In
this case, you OR link the dynamic selection filters.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Filters used for the procedure for final results
Filter for Portfolio Hierarchies (Category PH)
The filter can be assigned to one portfolio hierarchy and only the
characteristics of this portfolio hierarchy are available as selection
criteria. The selection criteria are AND linked.
As you can use the portfolio hierarchy filters in the procedure for
final results and you can use the categories dynamic selections or
filter group in the associated procedure for single records, the
selections defined should be more or less the same. The easiest way to
ensure this is by using the copy function when you define the filter.
