might be better to stop proceeding in creating/editing this aggregate
and better wait till the system setup will be corrected and the delivery
statue is available again.
Otherwise new (and probably different) proposal values or authorization
values will be used when this modified aggregate gets imported into the
system.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
