  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

The current aggregate DCL Source was already delivered and might be used
    by customers.

    System Response

This is a warning. It is still possible to proceed.
Changes on aspects on delivered aggregates might have impact at customer
side you should be aware of.

    How to fix this error?

If the content of an aspect of type "Admin Time Evaluation"(ATE) has
changed, all newly-assigned roles using this aspect will provide
    probably changed proposal values.
Already assigned roles are not affected, but their formerly confirmed
proposal value is probably no longer the current proposal value and
could lead to unexpected authorization results.
If the content of an aspect of type "Run Time Evaluation"(RTE) has
changed, all roles using this aspect (newly-assigned and
already-assigned ones) will use probably different values for the
    authorization check!
In both cases (especially in the latter one) is proposed to create new
aspects with modified content plus new roles using this new aspect and
document to use these new roles from now.
By doing this the customer would be able to do a smooth transition to
    the new roles.

    Procedure for System Administrators

The System Administrator probably has to check, if roles using changed
aspects of type ATE still have their correct (proposal) values.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

  • What is the cause and solution for SAP error message ACM_SYNTAX019 - DCL source "&1" of type "AGGREGATE" is already delivered. ?

The SAP error message ACM_SYNTAX019 indicates that there is an issue with a Data Control Language (DCL) source of type "AGGREGATE" that has already been delivered. This typically occurs in the context of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or SAP BW/4HANA when working with data models or aggregations.

    Cause:

The error is usually caused by one of the following reasons:

      • If there are multiple versions of the DCL source, ensure that you are working with the correct version. You may need to activate or deliver the latest version if it is not already active.
    4. Check Dependencies:

      • Review any dependencies related to the DCL source. Ensure that all related objects are correctly configured and delivered.
