    You have entered the rule &V1& (&V2&) for the automatic renewal.
    According to the Customizing settings, acceptance of a renewal date
    requires the approval of at least one of the two contract partners.

    System Response

    For the automatic renewal you can only use rules that are not subject
    to approval, since automatic (= no manual entry of the approval date)
    contract renewal is otherwise not possible.

    How to fix this error?

    Choose a rule that is not subject to approval. However, if you
    absolutely need this rule, contract your system administrator.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    Copy the rule &V1& subject to approval) under a different name and
    delete both indicators that define it as subject to approval.
