You have set both the Consumption indicator and the Apportionment by
condition type indicator. These indicators are contradictory.

How to fix this error?

Correct your entry. If you leave both fields empty, the apportionment
factors will be maintained in the master data dialog (apportionment
unit screen). If you set the Consumption indicator, the meter readings
for each rental unit must be maintained. If you set the Apportionment
by condition type, the values for the participating objects (rental
unit, rental agreement) will be automatically determined during the
simulation or the live run of the service charge settlement.
