Area values still exist for the rooms assigned to the rental unit for
area type &v1&. The area type will therefore not be removed from the
area list.

System Response

The system deletes the area value for area type &v1& in the area list
for the RU. When saving your data, the system will not save an area for
area type &v1& for the rental unit.
