    &V4&. However the current rental unit has a rental agreement.

    System Response

    The system only allows changes to the usage type for rental units that
    have an active rental agreement if the internal usage type remains
    unchanged.
    For rental units that have a rental agreement that is not yet active,
    the usage category at least (commercial/non-commercial) has to remain
    unchanged.

    How to fix this error?

    Enter a usage type that belongs to internal usage type/category &V1& or
    re-enter the previously valid usage type &V2&.
