external company entered). If it is settled internally, these fields in
the settlement unit must remain empty.

System Response

The fields for the settlement unit of the heating system (service
charge key and recipient key) will be deleted.

How to fix this error?

To settle the heating system through an external company, you must
enter the company indicator in the master data screen and fill the
settlement unit fields (service charge and recipient keys) for the
heating system. If the heating system is settled internally, the fields
for the settlement unit of the heating system must remain empty.
