What causes this issue?

A storage location is defined in the material master as being planned
separately. Additionally, the storage location is assigned to the
material via an MRP area.
A storage location can, however, either only be defined as a storage
location that is planned separately or it is assigned to a material as
an MRP area.

How to fix this error?

Change either the MRP indicator in the material master and therefore
you redefine the storage location so that it is not planned separately
or you delete the assignment of the material to the MRP area.
